Blair Lockhart – General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Blair Lockhart has practised law for 18 years and is responsible for Zincore's legal and regulatory compliance activities, equity financings, acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate/commercial work. Prior to joining Zincore, Blair was Corporate Counsel with Southwestern Resources Corp. and prior to that, she was counsel to a local clean tech company developing and manufacturing degradable plastics.

Blair graduated from law at the University of British Columbia and completed her LLM in the field of international environmental law at the University of London, England. Blair is also a geologist, with a BSc (Hons) and MSc from the University of Manitoba and the University of Alberta respectively.
