David Black – Chairman

David Black is a retired lawyer having practiced with the law firm DuMoulin Black LLP in Vancouver, where he was a partner from 1968 to December 2003. Mr. Black has a long and distinguished career both as a lawyer and in his capacity as a director for numerous public companies. He joined the board of Zincore on the company’s formation in 2005. Mr. Black is also a director of Spur Ventures Inc., Quest Capital Corp., and the BC Cancer Foundation. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 1967 and practiced as a lawyer specializing in corporate and securities law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science in 1963 and Bachelor of Law degree in 1966, both from the University of British Columbia.
