Giovanni Susin – Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Giovanni Susin is responsible for all areas of financial reporting and related aspects of regulatory compliance as well as overseeing the accounting and reporting functions of Zincore's foreign subsidiaries. Mr. Susin has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 1994, during which time he has accumulated experience in the financial reporting and management functions of publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Zincore, Mr. Susin was the Vice President, Finance and CFO of Southwestern Resources Corp.
