Myron Osatenko – Director

Prior to his retirement in 2001, Mr. Osatenko worked as a geologist with Cominco Ltd. and Teck Cominco Ltd. for nearly 35 years. He was a project geologist and senior geologist throughout British Columbia, and was chief geologist and Manager of Exploration for Latin America variously from 1991 until 2001.

Mr. Osatenko obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology in 1965 and a Master of Science degree in Geology in 1967, specializing in economic geology and petrology, both from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Osatenko is an independent director.
